- Once an order is confirmed to be in stock, the funds will remain pending until the following verification and agreement are complete.
- Due to fraud risk on high-value electric vehicles, identity verification is required prior to fulfillment. Verification of identity is required before a pending payment is captured for all SE1 Dragon e-boards. A photo of the buyer's government-issued photo ID, held by the owner, is required for verification and must allow a clear view of the new owner's face and ID.
- Written agreement must be reviewed and agreed to with the buyer's official e-signature. The agreement will detail the terms that require non-chargeback terms of the document to be met before payment will be accepted.
- All items ordered will ship within +or- five business days from the date of your order.
- We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@skateboardselectric.com.
- Order updates will be sent to your email.
- Proof of delivery is required. The shipping company will request a signature from an adult upon delivery. Package will not be released without official signature delivery confirmation.
- If your item arrives damaged, then the customer is to contact Skateboardselectric.com within 7 days of receipt of the product to seek manufacturer warranty replacement.
- For suppliers outside of the USA, shipping rates and delivery times vary. Contact us to see if arrangements can be made for locations outside the USA mainland states.
