Returns / Warranty 
Given that there are many manufactures supplying the products listed, all returns, warranty claims and exchanges are determined by the policies in place with the product manufacture. is committed to excellent customer service which includes reporting any and all returns and warranty issues to manufacture on behalf of the customer. You can expect timely responses and quick resolutions to any issue that comes up due to the strong relationship in place between the manufacture and the retailer. 

If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials. 

 To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase from is required.

Warranty (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your manufactures warranty. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, the party responsible for shipping charges is determined by the manufacture. 

To return your product, email within 30 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
