You can contact CPS directly to file a claim in three ways:

Factory Warranty: Manufactures can be contacted directly or Skateboards Electric will help file a factory warranty repair claim. If necessary, email info@skateboardselectric.com a short video of the issue, photos, and a description so the process can be streamlined.
Returns:
If the package is shipped by the customer to Skateboards Electric or it's designee in new condition in original packaging within 7 days of receipt if pre-authorized approval is granted, in writing, before being returned. After the return package is delivered and inspected other fees may apply on a case by case basis to determine the refund total.
To complete a return, the receipt or proof of purchase from Skateboardselectric.com is required.
Return Shipping:
If approved to return a product, email info@skateboardselectric.com within 3 days if the product is in new condition and in the original packaging with everything included.
You will be responsible to cover all shipping costs, payment processing fees, and a management fee will be assessed to all returned items.
If you are shipping an item over $75 a trackable shipping service is recommended. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item but a successful return delivery is required for a refund to be allowed.
