Factory Warranty: Manufactures can be contacted directly or Skateboards Electric will help file a factory warranty repair claim. If necessary, email info@skateboardselectric.com a short video of the issue, photos, and a description so the process can be streamlined. 

Returns:

Returns are not accepted. CPS Expended warranty is recommended if there are concerns regarding after sale services beyond manufacturer's included repair warranty.
