Because the SE1 Dragon is a high‑value performance product, we maintain clear procedures for refunds, warranty claims, order verification, and secure delivery.
Our goal is to ensure that every legitimate customer receives excellent support while also protecting the store from payment fraud, which can impact pricing and service quality for everyone.
If there is an issue with a product, Skateboards Electric Inc works directly with customers to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. In most situations, repair or replacement under warranty is the first course of action.

Whenever possible, defective components are repaired or replaced under warranty. This allows customers to get their board back in service quickly without waiting for a full product replacement.
SkateboardsElectric wants every customer to feel confident when purchasing a high‑performance electric skateboard. If for any reason a customer decides the product is not the right fit, returns are accepted.
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any reason, provided the following conditions are met:
• The board is returned in the same condition in which it was received
• The board is returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping when returning a product for non-defective reasons.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Any original shipping costs, return shipping costs, or applicable restocking costs may be deducted from the refund after inspection.

Products are replaced when they are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer or the shipping company if the customer refuses to take the package upon delivery due to damage during shipping.

Depending on the customer's location, the time required for an exchanged product to arrive may vary.
